yeah ive had issues like that pretty regularly, if you dont load the right adx is just doesnt show any of the data.

i've also found once you load the right adx you need to load another file then re-load the original file before it will display.

yeah everyone i talk to is telling me to aim for 10psi/1000rpm ... probably about half that now :P

yeah my engine machinist said about tapping a thread and fitting a grub screw with a hole drilled in it for the cam feeds too ... probably something worth looking into! and yes i have a high volume pump ... i guess the fact its maxing at 35-40psi might indicate i just need to bump it up a bit, but a...

@vlad - yeah that is the info i have been working off for mods. as for the oil pickup, the ID of the pickup is ~14mm and then goes into a dash 12 i think it is, which measures about 15-16mm ID, i don't believe this is the issue, more so a lack of oil pressure or smaller orifices after the pump. and ...

@vlad - i have done a complete tear down, the block is empty. The only things i can find wrong are the fucked cylinder and some bearing wear on a few of the mains as well as the #6 rod end. thats definitely a very odd one!

its not spinning the tyres at that point ? do you have a data log of the ecu to see if the speed spikes or something ?

at the end of the day i guess it doesnt really matter what the spring is as long as its within spec of what you need.... for example, more coils in a spring will make it have more leverage over the load applied to it, so it would be softer than one with less turns.
