Looks like I'm having the same issue, is 1.2.4 the most stable or is 1.3.1 any better?

Im trying to find it now. I think its just 1.40 that has problems, if you want to help try 1.3.1 and report back. It doesnt fail every time and on all systems so more testers and reporting back helps.

Cool downloaded both & will try tomorrow!

1.4.0 was failing each time I hit update today, but as we know the quality of everyone's work here it will be sorted & we always have the old versions to go back to!

Re: OSEPlugin for Tunerpro 5 v1.42

Post by antus »

V1.42 is released, all known problems are now fixed. If you find it slower to download it is because the default setting is now to read whole bins (not just a cal as was the case with older versions). This is configurable on the setup page "calibration area only" box, and check "read" if you want the old behavior.

Beware, an issue has been reported in 1.42 with large table updates (thanks festy!), stay on 1.31 for now.

A new version has been released. Some problems were found with pcms where the cal area does not start at 0. Updating to v1.44 is recommended.

Re: OSEPlugin for Tunerpro 5 v1.47

Post by antus »

V1.47 released

This version has an option to disable chatter for VT/VX/VY vehicles. It should make it possible to connect to these vehicles without disconnecting the BCM.

Reports of success or otherwise using this feature appreciated. Note that when chatter is disabled your dash will show errors, this is a sign it has worked. When finished restarting the car should restore the dash.
