2001 VX Berlina L67 *.xml for EFIlive needed

Hey,
Been looking around for a while with no luck, just wondering if anyone has a suitable .xml file for me to use on my 2001 VX supercharged berlina with the 3 screen dash (EFIlive file)? I need to reset the airbag code and the file I have at the moment is only doing the engine light not airbag light..

Im assuming this is all i need because the supplied VT file worked on my wagon which also had the airbag light on..

im very new at this and all i wanted the cable for was to reset my airbag lights..

Also have tunerpro rt, but wont connect and have no idea how to get it to work or use it.. so prefer to stay with EFIlive.

your better off using tunerpro, have a look at the FAQ button on the right top bar. give the adx file in this thread a go.

Hey, Im trying to get tunerpro rt to work with the vx..

I have changed all settings to what seems is required but it is not connecting..

would I have NVRAM installed? not entirely sure what that is exactly..

if you don't know what an NVRAM is then its most likely you haven't got one, you would have had to buy it and install it into your cars computer.

that said, you do not need to have an NVRAM to do what you are trying to do.

what interface are you using to connect to the car ? have you also loaded the correct file to allow you to log your car ?

I just got the car to connect and the dashboard was working, but dont really have any idea how to attempt to clear the airbag light..

I noticed on EFIlive all I had to do was click on a button and it worked on the vt.. but wont work on the vx so im trying tunerpro (but it seems a little more complex than efilive)

I am running the vx s-c engine and trans adx file (and I have a vt airbag light adx) but not sure what to do to try it..

im guessing tunerpro is used more than efilive? as i cant find the vx file i need anywhere for efilive

there should be an option up the top in the adx to send the reset airbag command ? (sorry i don't have that adx so can't be more specific.

remember tho, if your airbag really does have a problem and it hasnt been fixed, the light will not turn off even if the reset was successful.

i understand the light will come back (as with my vt) it obviously has issues..

But im hoping this doesnt, it only started happening when i fit a different interior..

Try sending FB,56,0A,A5 with the flash tool.

is a flash tool different to tunerpro or efilive?

didnt think it would be this complicated.. still cant figure out how to send things, I got the send box but nothing is in it....
