im stuck with vs commodore auto to manual

I have a 96 vs commodore berlina have just coverted it to a t5 5speed an the seems to run ruff like it has a small miss would this be the computer it only just started this since I change it from auto to manual dose anyone have any idears to fix or anyone have a t5 5speed computer for sale

have you done anything changes to the tune to suit the change in gearbox ?

has a trx pcm LOL plug you old ecu in
If Its Got Gas Or Ass Count Me In.if it cant be fixed with a hammer you have an electrical problem

thnx for ur time guys I sorted out the prob the d2 wire was in the wrong spot
