nice! that's very similar to the results I saw on the sprintcar, holds peak torque almost to 5000rpm before any real drop off!

how much tuning has been done on the spark side to suit e85 ?

Haven't tuned spark at all. Other than setting up the boost tables and taking out 1.5 deg timing for every 10kpa.

tdracertd: the other thing you need to keep in mind, most of the gains from the SC14 will be low to mid rpms not high, would love to see the dyno graph if you have it ?

from my experience tuning a v6 sprintcar the stock cam is really good from 1600rpm to about 5000rpm, but that was with a lot of timing adjustments, we managed 216hp at the wheels from this motor with methanol but it was the fact it made bulk torque from 1600rpm and carried it to 5000rpm that was the big winner!
no I mean stock car, not stock engine.

Believe it or not, but this car made 158 hp (118 kW) with nothing more than a set of extractors and straight through 2 1/4" short exhaust 12 months ago. I have the graph somewhere, I will see if I can find it. That was with 98 octane fuel and nulon pro strength octane booster. Also I had a locked diff then too, not sure if that makes any difference on the dyno.

My mates 1200 Dato with std series 2 V6, SC14 & methanol with a 12P tune made 230 on the rollers(from memory) 11.9 something on the 1/4 mile. Don't be disheartened by the numbers from the dyno, my n/a 202 made 189hp, tested again the following day & made 201hp & I never touched a thing.

yeah that's the big thing, if the dyno temps change from day to day and the dyno isn't adjusted for it you will get different results.
