im presuming the 699 ecu is wired the same as 424 ecu just the sheilded version so maybe use the VR 215 auto tune with vats disabled $3D 94, 5.7L Auto 16176424 ECU Initial HSV 215KW Auto Release someone will hopefully confirm it the same ecu
If Its Got Gas Or Ass Count Me In.if it cant be fixed with a hammer you have an electrical problem

Yep, '699 runs $11 from factory which is the same code as the '424. They are the same, just beefed up physical shielding for the police pack.

The attached file is what I finally settled on. Had to richen up the lower end and lean out the higher revs and add a degree of timing and it runs well.
