is there any way for me to get a vt 5l ecu to send the fuel data to my level 3 dash in my vs ute, I know I couldm get a vs s3 memcal but I don't want to change more wiring and stuff

As I mentioned in the PM you sent, if you dont want to use a VS 3 memcal there is no easy way. The code has not been left in the VT bins to allow the older style trip computers to work, and the newer syle using ALDL to send the data rather than a PWM signal calculates things differently.

So while its technically possible on the VT PCM, the time required to patch the code and the fact a VS 3 memcal can provide the signal makes it not worthwhile.

There are companies specialising in conversions that may have added the code, I dont know of any but someone on here may know and can point you in the right direction.

does any know if I can get my vt 5l ecu to send my fuel usage to my vs level 3 dash

As per VL400.
Yes, use a VS series 3 memcal with appropriate wiring, otherwise no unless you know how to edit the code or know somebody who can.
