Ok are these pins you talking about on the BCM or PCM??

I have a bad feeling this is the incorrect pin out (Bellow). There is no pin 19!!

Its all good. Just realised the numbers on the connector was under the plastic cover

Pin 12 Crank signal 190mV while cranking

Still no start lol

I think some sort of PC interface would save you a bucket load of time. Will let you check that the PCM is powered ok, sensors are normal and that when cranking its actually showing RPM and trying to fire the injectors. Even a cheapo ELM interface and the free android app Torque would help.

Before I do that is there anything I should check on the RED connector such as "low reference ignition", oil pressure signal as I was told the engine can shut off if low oil signal.
Pin 39, 12v
Pin 40 GND

the low signals are the ground side of the various signals from sensors.
