Hi Guys, after any info if someone can help
I have a VS series 3 304 roller motor, All the gear came with the motor for my project including a Getrag 5 speed.
It had
MAF sensor, Knock sensor, ECU, speed sensor, BCM etc.....
The guy that did my wiring has not used the OEM hardware and tune due to, he recons to much farting around to modify it uing a MAF
What he has done is used a VR ECU and harness and remove the BCM input and Speed sensor input and converted from MAF to MAP.
I have gone to the ford T5 box coz the Getrag wont fit
The current tune he put in is a HSV 185Kw tune, The engine runs good but has a slightly hard time idling when cold, its hunting and feels rough when running at certain speeds.
When you accelerate is smooth and responsive
Would anyone out there have a Tune for a stock roller motor with BCM and MAF removed in favor for a MAP, I'm only asking as my wiring guy is a bit slow when it comes to tuning
