I think the answer your looking for and which has been covered in this thread but not clearly is that the flash pcms were not used for supercharged applications. The VX supercharged car still used the VT non-flash pcm. You will need to get and swap in a VT pcm and engine loom and put a modified VX supercharged bin on to a memcal and in plug it in to that pcm. You'll want to disable vats, and set the manual flag. Research how to use tunerpro to do that, and note you'll need a chip eraser and programmer too. If your not great with computers (thats the vibe im getting from your questions and frustration), then to save some money you should swap the engine bay loom and computer yourself if you can, and buy a chip to suit (DDRJ, VATs diabled, Manual flag set) from someone and plug it in. That'll get you running. If in the future you want to run a smaller pully and more boost you'll need to you use the1s enhanced bins http://pcmhacking.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=2518 and get it tuned professionaly to suit.
Have you read the FAQ? For lots of information and links to significant threads see here: http://pcmhacking.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1396
