There is a vx manual DMTY tune in the unsorted section in the stock holden tunes.

The memcal ID tool is very handy for finding out what bin to use, and also includes the bins to save searching everywhere .. http://pcmhacking.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=905
