Remove the battery for a minute as the PCM might be locked up, then try and connect using the flashtool again.

Why did you need to do a bazillion write bins? Normally one is all that is required to get the enhanced bin on there, and then the less risky write cals for tuning.

Thanks guys, yeah just had to disconect batterie for a sec. Almost had a heart attack being on tye side of the road no where near home and not doing a thing different to the last time i write bin.

I dont know why there is so many write bins in that log.
Everytime I write to it I have to do it twice because it says the calculated checksum doesnt match then I retry and it works. Im probally missing something im meant to be doing but its been working.

Once again thanks for the well needed help!

Have a read of this linked from the flashtool download thread .. https://pcmhacking.net/forums/viewtopi ... t=40#p6472

You should not be doing write bins for tuning changes - there is a popup everytime you press write bin too.

Use write bin once to get the enhanced bin on the PCM.
Use write cal for tuning changes (also read the link above about autocheck sum fix).

I don't like doing any write's unless I'm close to home in case it goes wrong..

To fix the checksum you need go, options preferences thenk click the check box that says flash PCM auto fix checksum.
And like VL400 said just do the write cal when making changes.
