The best place would be a t-piece or a direct join to a port on the boost tree. It has hoses running to the fuel pressure regulator, and the boost solenoid on the back of the head.
Your best bet is to remove all the hoses from the boost solenoid and use the spare port now available. (The solenoid is probably stuffed anyway)
Leave the top hose of the boost bypass valve connected to the supercharger so it continues to work correctly in vacuum or light load.

Thanks for that. Now just need to get the stuff for computer and upload tune, put motor in and wire it up.
