vr starting issue

Yeah, as above and it'd be a waste. You might as well put the $12P VR tune on a memcal, even buy one, with vats disabled and then you have the comms available at the obd port and exactly the right tune. Even if you dont want to buy the nvram or aldl interface the tune and car is is right and complete. Should you need to log it later to check DTCs when fault finding or something you can pick up an aldl interface and load the 12p adx and you have data.
