Pull up resistor removal

Post by jezza351 »

Hi guys , probably a silly question but I'm at the stage of modding the pcm for real time with nvram and removing the 1k pull up resistor for the wideband, in instructions it says to just remove the resistor , do I also bridge the the spots on the board with solder to link them back up or just remove and leave the board as it is ?

Just remove it. Also note if you had any offsets in your cal they will need adjusting afterwards.
