I think you get the empty box which is the wrong size anyway. Like you I bought direct from the manufacturer and it works fine.

ok the reply was $91 plus $8 postage..
went to the alibarber website for MCUmaul and price was about $88.00 not the $146 plus on there normal site
http://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/G ... 37293.html
Cheaper to use the alibaba site.
Pulled harmonic ect of the front of the Jag today and was wondering if i can grind slots in the first v belt 18 in the inner and 3 in the outer and use ABS sensors for pickup.
there is no room behind the first v belt slot. and i am planning on making a serpentine belt sys to run the other items.
Using VS alt/power steer pump and air con compressor.

have done it using two coil packs and two 808s on xj 12 can see picks on kalmaker websitehttp://www.kalmaker.com.au/img5.jpg for xj 12 .and am doing it again for a boat engine with modified manifold
there is plenty of room to run the 18x and 3x from a vn remove the harmonic balancer off the jag and machine to fit reluctor rings and sandwich it between the belt pulley. fit two standard pickups ( use the standard vn mounting bracket) under the water pump on the inlet side at 60deg apart.I have run my v12 for over 250,000kms without harmonic balancer ,engineis now putting out 360 kw .
Boat engine should be around the 400kw.
Note v12 delco test bench at the rear

Thanks heaps.
thats exactly what i need to know.
was to scared to chop up the jag harmonic to suck and see.
the lathe is on hold at the moment due to having to fly out to a wedding in thailand next month.
No not me ..,, I am best man tho ... that and xmass have hurt the bank balance.
so i am moving onto jobs that I can do with out machining.
Jag at this stage is not pretty as its all fabrication work and twiddle thumbs while thinking.
But will throw some pic's up
