MAZDA 3 ECU PATS removal

Is anyone able to advise if someone is able to remove the immobiliser function from a mazda 3 SP23 ECU? We are building a race car from a stat write off and have removed the key barrell from its regular position due to it being prone to breakage getting in and out of the car with the roll cage in po...

holden 304 EFI DFI conversion?

Has anyone played with the EFI 304 and deleted the distributor, used a crank sensor or at least used the dizzy as a trigger for coil per cylinder ignition? If so how did you go about it and were the results worth the effort?

Re: Alloytec ecu tdm removal

Yeah I emailed a guy in the uk who plays with them in saabs and BMW. He also mentioned Holden alloytec on his site. He got back to me and stated that he could tune them but had never been asked to remove the tdm. I got the impression he wasn't interested in trying.

Re: Alloytec ecu tdm removal

That's correct, need to keep PCM as it is still running the auto. I wonder how these other people are doing it? Am happy to pay for it to be done just don't want to be ripped off! Seems the Bosch motoronic is a popular ecu now, surprised there is so few out there that have been tampered with!

Re: Alloytec ecu tdm removal

Thanks for the info, Im not really worried about the tune. More interested in running it stand alone without the bcm, but would still need the PCM to control auto trans. As I mentioned there are a couple of businesses offering the service, with v6 conversions offering it at around $1500. I don't min...

Alloytec ecu tdm removal

Im wondering if anyone here has played with the vz ecu yet? I'm doing an alloytec conversion on an Fj Holden. There are a couple of companies offering a custom harness/ecu on a changeover basis but at what I consider a ridiculous price ( one is $1500) there is also another I have found that will sel...

Re: VQ Statesman BCM (I know its not delco but.....)

I have now found out that the factory remotes were deleted in 2008, so there is no stock of them. That rules out getting a new factory remote. Anyone know if good second hand ones can be re coded to the car with tech1 or do they have to be new ones? I know vr onwards are single use. Mister minit hav...

Re: VQ Statesman BCM (I know its not delco but.....)

The car the subject to this thread belongs to a friend of mine, after calling ev he posted here for me in the hope we could get some info. The bcm pictured is the original that has been removed from the car, neither remote worked (no not battery problem). I swapped it out with another bcm and remote...
