Re: datsun 1600 turbo efi convertion

Your going to have to use the 7 or 8 pin HEI modules. This megasquirt page covers them: http://www.megamanual.com/ms2/GM_7pinHEI.htm It also has part numbers. Your dizzy should have red and green wires coming out from the pick up. these connect to the P and N terminals. Red + Green - of course. What...

Re: 1st disassembly Code $3E from US 1227730

I got the disassembly assembling! :punk: bigscreen dewADDT # md5sum STARTADD.BIN MyADDT.bin 3a70c95c77d176878e9224d76c539f4d STARTADD.BIN 3a70c95c77d176878e9224d76c539f4d MyADDT.bin I also found a link that lists some addresses used for the I/O routines in $8D. This should lead me to build a list of...

Re: 1st disassembly Code $3E from US 1227730

I think im making good progress. Im at the point now where Im pretty sure I have found all the code and will start attempting to re-assemble to double check my work. I also want to get some ALDL streams from the code to help with commenting after I get the assembly working. I do not have a memcal th...

Re: 1st disassembly Code $3E from US 1227730

VL400, thanks for the 3rd gen link it should be very helpful. Gonzo, I have read that post on furyworld it was what lead me to look into the GM ecu's. I usually play around with Nissan ecu's with which there are only a hand full of hardware versions and most of the time only the tables changes for e...

Re: 1st disassembly Code $3E from US 1227730

VL400, What disassembly are you using? I was making good progress with the techedge one. I think most people like the dewtronics one but I was not having good luck with it. This will hopefully get me heading it the right direction on this project. My major goal for it is TBI + distrubutor/ESC on the...

Re: 1st disassembly Code $3E from US 1227730

Well it looks like the extensions .bin, .dis, and .hex are not allowed.

You can now see what I have so far though.

Looks like there is a set of maps stating at $C036. Then another set at $C299.

I think there is code at $C1FA, but im unsure as to how to get the assembler to see it.

1st disassembly Code $3E from US 1227730

This is my 1st attempt at disassembly every and I think Im at a point where I need someone that has been looking at this type of code for a while. I found the bin on the moates site. Im going to be using it in a 1227727 ECM with ESC(distributor) ignition and TBI on a four cylinder Datsun engine. &qu...
