I also noticed battery voltage is erratic. It will drop by 4 to 6 volts at times when reviewing logs.
Are these signs of a corrupted Bin?

I'm having a problem with stalling when coming down to idle. It shows a TPS stuck code 19. When reviewing the logs I see TPS volts change with throttle movement but the TPS percentage stays at 0. I cannot see any patterns that point to certain conditions, it appears to be random. Any thoughts?

Looks like the ALDL is different on the US cars. We grounded the diagnostic terminal and counted flashes for years until scan tools were available. If needed we could change the diagnostic connector or make jumpers and use a scan tool for a VR. Thanks for the info!

When using the 12P can trouble codes be retrieved by grounding the a-b terminals in the ALDL and counting the flashes of the check engine light. I ask this question because I assume a scan tool is not an option for diagnosis here in the states. I know your thinking why would a person want to do this...

You are correct. According to Moats the AutoProm is not able to flash the NVRAM.

Would it be much work to change the AF ratio in the log table to read Lambda?
