Re: Reading eeprom from delco PCM, MC68336 based
If you're in Canada I would recommend a USBBDM NT for $65 USD http://www.usbjtag.com . It works great on '0411. The BDM pinout for the 90-Pin header is the same on all GM PCMs I've came across, even from newer controllers with the much smaller pitch 90-Pin header. I do know you need to use a resisto...

Re: CAN Interfaces
I just got into CAN recently, I ordered a CANtact to play with. I'm interested in low level control, and anything on the low side bus. I been looking at GoodThopter too, never tried either one yet. Forbes had a nice write up the other day on CANtact though. http://www.forbes.com/sites/thomasbrewster...

Re: ALDLDroid Android App
I have a blutooth AVT-855, I'm willing to do whatever to get this working. I have a ton of OBDII PCMs laying around and a few vehicles that have J1850 and CAN. I have almost 500 extended PIDs for the Duramax LB7 and LLY, and working on CAN based PCMs atm. Just bought another 08 Duramax LMM a few day...

Re: LS1 ADX V1.6 to suit Tunercat OBD2 Cable, AVT 852
It works, walking out the door right now but it works in ALDLdroid with a AVT-855! I'm trying on a Duramax PCM but it works I can see all the data on the bus. Now I have a reason to finish my ADX. http://i.imgur.com/Jn1kMTg.png http://i.imgur.com/dTIRxtO.png http://i.imgur.com/oyFQHUi.png http://i.i...

Re: digital dash cluster??
I have a OBD2 PCM so the best part for me is Tuning, the fact it loads XDF files is awesome! I have a AVT-855 and going to send the developer an email, would love to see OBD2 ADX support. In case you missed it, AVT-855 is a bluetooth version AVT-855 Info Page . http://i.imgur.com/52GkALn.png http://...

Re: ELM327 Software Development
Jayme you have 1337 posts :) The AVT is awesome, having a lot of fun with it. STN1100 is not bad because it can Tx around 1,364 bytes (from my testing, sometimes it allows a few more or less). It supports AT and ST command set, but it kinda blows for monitoring J1850 VPW. The ELM was actually more a...

Re: Open source GM OBD2 flash tool using a ELM327 device
Been thinking these past few days, then I decided to go through this thread again. Glad I did, now I really think this is possible on a stn1100! I was under the assumption that our routine needed to be uploaded in one shot, the answer was in here the whole time. Let me know what you guys think. I un...

Re: PCMHacking.net LS1 Flash Tool - comment thread
Maybe try sending $6C,$FE,$F1,$28,$00 and try to log again, whatever nodes are still sending chatter are the problem. Then try to disable any of the controllers still talking, "$6C,$@@$F1,$28,$00" just replace @@ with 40 for BCM. Check chatter again...
