The only thing I know of is people use an LS1 PCM (09354896) with some custom programing based on the 4.0L used in the Shelby Series 1.
Other than that, no one has really touched those PCMS, they aren't very popular to modify.

I will have to look into the Ignition setup.
I do have a 24X crank sensor on the balancer as well, since my engine is an OBDII version.
