Seems I have noise in power and as long as I uncheck 4x, now I can read write p01 and p59 as intended by PCM Hammer.

Now researching ways to power my bench set up correctly . Link anyone?

When the VX nano switches to 4x speed, this requires a good strong connection with the engine computer without any noise/interruptions.
