Thanks for the help guys!! Re-burnt the BIN file with VATS off and Manual flag selected and added pin A4 to +12V terminal
got it going and good news I have successfully converted my auto to manual PCM! confirmed it works now ;)

im trying to setup a test bench for a VS PCM, do I need a variable power supply or can I use a standard supply which delivers a const. 13.8V . Also how much current should it be capable of handling?

Yep that's what I was trying to get an idea of, the actual weighting/percentage of either spark table value that is being blended to get the base spark advance. I think it would help with tuning spark more "safely" coz you could just alter the high octane values roughly to begin with knowi...

Is there a parameter that can be read when logging which determines the weighting used for the spark interpolation from being weighted toward the high or low octane table?
