Re: OSE 12P V112

Where are the breakpoints defined in the xdf for BLM cell? I can only find the delta map/RPM for the breakpoints table but not the actual breakpoints to determine which cell is in use for the fuel calc.

Thanks

Re: DFCO qualifiers and the weird AE calc 12P

Dfco should only be active if between 1400 and 1500rpm and 19 and 29kpa and above 30kmh.it could be decel enleanment pulling fuel when you lift not actual fuel cut change the manfuel settings for decel enleanment or set the minimum de bpw to something higher than 0 that's in the bin so it can't ful...

Re: DFCO qualifiers and the weird AE calc 12P

Sure is. I can watch the IPW drop to zero on a free rev. In other calibrations there was a max RPM delta to prevent DFCO from becoming active if the RPMs decreased to quick.

DFCO qualifiers and the weird AE calc 12P

There's only a few qualifiers in 12P for DFCO. Is that all??? There's no RPM delta qualifier so DFCO is active in between shifts, which also leads to a lean tip in condition. Before I turn it off is there such a qualified that is not defined in the current xdf I have? I'm also not liking the composi...

Re: Issue with 165 ECM and injector PW

I'll post up the tune a little later.

Just looked at the log and single fire is not active at all, also double checked in the calibration.

In 8D there is a PW limit that needed to be fixed.

Is that the same for this fuel strategy?

Re: Issue with 165 ECM and injector PW

Anybody ever heard of the injector driver in the 165 having issues with certain high Z injectors?

Seems slow in here lol

Issue with 165 ECM and injector PW

Hi again I've recently switched to Siemens deka 80# injectors. Now I'm having an issue with the AFRs going lean starting at 180kpa. Fuel pressure climbs as it should. I've had to add so much PW that the injectors are static before the AFRs are back in the 11.0 range. I have the 1227165 ECM and have ...

Re: Switch from code 59 to 12P

Hmm, apparently I missed the knock counts at first glance, found out where they were occuring. If anyone has any information on the C20GET/LT3, I'd like to get some tuning notes from them. So far I only know of one person pushing this engine and they are running E85, so their ignition table is much ...
