set up tbi on the memcal it will fire the injector every ignition pulse and should not care what stroke you are on

fuel pump relay should be a mini relay and efi "should" be a large 1 both suffer the same fault at times. many fuel pumps and crank angle sensors have been replaced only to have the car stop again or fail to start because of these little buggers.

the only real concern with a lithium battery i have is with stability of the charging system they don't tend to be as good when fully charged at taking excess current from the alternator when a load switches off like cooling fans witch may make a spike occur. that said they do offer some awesome num...

in the engine bay fuse box have a look at the top of the efi relay if it has a heat mark on it like a brown stain swap it out with 1 of the other relays i have seen this on many vt-vy commodores cause the problem you describe.

yeah if you get it happy in off boost arias just fill the 100-200kpa ve table with the 100kpa rows numbers and tune from there i had to take a lot of timing out to start with then fed it back in on the dyno. copy the 100kpa numbers into the 100-200kpa spark table i think i dropped 3deg per row in th...

12p on an 808 with a 2bar map and yeah valve springs would be helpful i have just been too busy to get to them in mine something to do with buying a house that needs more of my time at present.

1 cool build man i take my hat off to ya. that top part of the tunnel would be awesome if it was removable to get access to the top bell housing bolts and rear head studs/ manifold bolts.

not sure about rear mount but i have a china gt45 on my 304 witch is a bone stock vt roller cam engine i have never even had a rocker cover off it and it likes 10-12psi all day it does have a tame spark table on boost and is on the rich side 12.3-1 it only has 44lb bosch green injectors and a warlbr...

i run a ts astra pump on my vl with the stock v8 rack with no dramas at all even when i am grabbing lots of wheel so to speak i wonder if your 1 might be a sad pump or just a mismatch for the power head.
