yeh looks like 12v and 5v for 160 and 5v for 8192.

i just pulled a Bin file with that little Usb to serial adaptor, tuner pro connects but not luck with EFILive4 i just get MAX232 error.

yeah thats right, the bin looks ok - its just junk at the start and you can remove it or leave it there. the ecm wont access that part of the chip as it'll use its internal ram and eeprom at those locations.
