what changes are you looking for? if you perform a read using PCM hammer, many changes can be made using Tiny Tuner.

This was the OSID for my 2003 Grand Am. 12583339 That said, I have a bunch of bin files that were read using other hardware, I have no definitive way of knowing that they somehow haven't somehow been changed or verifying their accuracy, but I can compile a list of OSID's from them if you would like.
