Re: Low points in Ve table graph.
Yes the pros and cons of supercharger vs turbo can be indecisive subject ,but I'm leaning toward centrifugal supercharger for the constant torque ,better for towing the boat...but not looking forward to fuel bill. I've raced the GLX rangers and I get them off the mark up to 160kphr ,they start to re...

Re: Low points in Ve table graph.
Looking back I should have got the VR pistons. I had the block milled 16thou from the last build ,and hartleys milled the heads 40thou to get the chamber back to 42cc,same as stock. I'm using some 80thou Teflon intake gaskets so the manifold fits properly, which wasn't a problem. Things we learn as ...

Re: Low points in Ve table graph.
Oh and yes forgot to mention that I'm just using the hypertec pistons . When buying them I was told I was buying vp pistons, which one would think be 8.5:1 right ? Well having plans of milling block and heads ,smaller VR chamber,60 0ver pistons, that I'd get at least around 9.0:1 . Well they worked o...

Re: Low points in Ve table graph.
Wow those figures are definitely not what I'd think you would see ,especially how the torque curve is all over the place while on the increase. Nice squeeze of HP from the tune though ,very cool . I'm just road tuning at the moment, getting it to run nice and fuel efficient which after a year ,final...

Re: Low points in Ve table graph.
Thank you for the detailed information as to what I'm spose to be looking at,which is some very interesting information. The heads where done by Hartleys motor sports here in NZ ,who are based in Palmerstin north. I'm running their super 6 class speedway combo ,in which they didn't give me a cam spe...

Low points in Ve table graph.
I've just finished getting the top end of my ve table tuned, and I've got area around 5400-5800rpm@90-95-100 cells, that isn't flowing well. It spikes back up around 6000rpm,and I've got fuel cut set at 6250 ,so not sure if the spike is from that . Could someone shed some light as to what it may be pl...

Re: Desired idle not saving on all 3 charts
Thank you Dylan, I up dated to the latest version last week thinking that it was a software glitch . I wasn't clicking on another rpm table/cell after changing the one in question, which fixed the issue I was having. If I just changed the table and left the cursor hovering over it ,it wouldn't commi...

Re: Desired idle not saving on all 3 charts
I'm only running the wide band 02 with the old narrow band disconnected, and flagged. I've also set the forced open loop , using the idle AFR tables and idle spark table when closed throttle . I hit the throttle and it goes into open loop, then as soon as the throttle is closed it changes back ,but s...

Re: Desired idle not saving on all 3 charts
Haa ha !...yep everybody loves a good launch ,so long as the drive shaft universals hang together, scary as f when the let go ,I've had it happen in my Aussie Mopar. The 360 just ate the standard size ,had to get driveshaft mods going to bigger yolk and uni joints...it wasn't cheap. You guys are a we...

Re: Desired idle not saving on all 3 charts
Ahh I did wonder if thats what you meant after I worked out what I was doing wrong. When you first mentioned it ,I thought you meant to tab the upload button. Well you were right, and it did spur some extra attention to what I was doing ,thank you ! I have almost got the tune all done ,I'm just worki...
