yeah vlad you are right about them being weak at the machined down part the engineer did explain it to me, the only reason I used 25 spline mini spool is cause I had it laying around spare, it was in my EFI 5 litre vk Calais that was upgraded to 28 spline stuff with 3:4:5s and because it was a proto...

Here is an axle that was made to suit, just used 28spline commo axles shortened and machined down also resplined to 25 spline to suit mini spool, i used gemini bearing and axle seal, gotta love holdens interchangeability

Thought id throw a little info and pics of the diff while its apart Ive used standard gemini diff but after about about half a dozen snapped axles had to try something on the cheap to strengthen it, so on the phone to engineer friend and put passed him using a borgwarner mini spool inside gimini cen...
