Make sure your discoed from the net when you switch on ssh until you change the password...there is a virus targeting pi's via the default user/passwords....
you can switch on ssh ect via the desktop through settings

if you have spark, get some easystart or start ya bastard and spray some down the T/B.... if the car fires then you know its fuel related...if not then start checking things like compression, plug leads in right order timing ect...
