Re: Holley TB secondary linkage change. Affect tune

quick update. the 1:1 was not good for my engine. way too much air too early. probably slowed down the air flow.
super progressive was no better or worse, just pointless.

Tune seemed to be unaffected.

getting my fuel usage accurate

Hi all, After all the mods i have done, my fuel usage is obviously way out. A full take shows around 800km to empty, but i'm really getting around half that. What do i change and how can i calculate what to change? Factory injectors are 205cc, currently using genuine Bosch greens, which are 440cc, s...

Re: Holley TB secondary linkage change. Affect tune

Yeah the kit gives you all 3 options.
The TBs come with progressive, then you can buy super progressive and 1:1

I can try all 3 and see what I like best

Holley TB secondary linkage change. Affect tune

Tuning question. I’m running a Holley 4150 throttle body on a dual plane manifold, and it came with the progressive linkages installed. The car is tuned, if I move to the 1:1 linkage, will that require a tune change? I don’t think it will because, for example, in the VE map it’ll move from 1600rpm a...

Re: Initial tune woes with new manifold and TB on my 355

Ok. So I ended up having a Kinjflow of 0.108 or similar. For my max VE value around 80. Car is 95% tuned now. Just need to work out the little hole just off idle and how to work out the trip computer stuff so that’s accurate.

Re: Initial tune woes with new manifold and TB on my 355

Ah. So by lowering the kinjflow to 0.48 I essentially took fuel out, then by cutting the VE values by 1/4 as well I took fuel out twice?

Re: Initial tune woes with new manifold and TB on my 355

So i just took it for a drive, i did a quick log and it was still lean. stopped to make a few changes. Now here comes the fuck up, rather than hit the upload button on that map, i hit the upload the whole bin. I didnt think there would be much different in the map but now when i hit the throttle, it...

So you mean the kinjflow?
From 0.061 to 0.048 for example?
