The old owner of this car was an old cop. Reckons he spent around 7k on the motor having it freshened up, but couldn’t provide recipes. Think it’s safe to say I’m not really doubting it now.

If you ever get stuck like I did without having 5/16” dowl to hold the lifters in place. 8.5mm spark leads work a treat

With the otr off you can see how I done the throttle body coolant bypass mod. Pretty easy and simple

Valve springs are 1218’s.

An issue with tunerpro xdf I’d say. Never have any issues with the vt to vy’s. Vz though is a different story
