Re: vr 304 auto iac and tps issue
It's possible it could be an earthing issue if you are saying you have a random tps issue then a random iac issue causing a voltage drop. If you haven't already, I would be looking at map sensor too.

Re: vr 304 auto iac and tps issue
Checked Throttle Body gasket for leaks? Throttle cable positioned correctly and moving freely? As Brindo said, 2v is high for tps in closed position. Check tps and iac plugs have 5v coming in and check output voltages.

Re: Engine conversion Mazda bravo V6 ecotec
Was the car running with conversion? Try probing one of your injector plugs with your test light while cranking or buy one of those Noid test kits from supercheap or repco for around $70.

Re: VR Ute
I bought something very similar to the pics below for my old mazda. Mainly for Dab+ and BT handsfree but has sd and usb AUX in/out too. Does the job. I fitted it on the inside of my sunvisor as the on board mic picks up voice better without the wind noise and weighs bugger all. h dab1.JPG dab2.JPG

It looks like you need to remove the resistor. Refer to link above. But I think you may also need to change the formula in tuner pro. But I would be removing resistor first and see if that was the issue.

I generally connect cable, open TP, start the car then hit connect. Always had issues when I connect before starting car. Are you just trying to log ?

Re: Wideband recommendation
The only difference between the old and new kit is the new kit has the control/ecu board which the old one did not. The new kit is a lot quicker in it's response/calculations due to an upgraded cpu. I got the Bosch sensors.

Re: Wideband recommendation
I have the SPARTAN 3 Lite (dual) wideband kit and has been working flawlessly for over a year. With the gauge and wired into pcm so can be logged in tuner pro. It can also simulate narrowband so you can just fit wideband o2 sensor into existing sensor bung without the need to add another. But there ...

As Vlad said.
Use the flash tool and click 'Get Bin' or 'Get Cal' and save it.
