Re: Motronic 2.10.3 (SAAB)
What are you planning to tune when you get a working xdf btw? :) Naa, just eager to learn, the more complete *.xdf the better, especially if you some day end up on the dyno. :D And, trying to help some freinds with driveability in competition-cars, most calibration, not so much "functions"...

That would be awesome!surbotaab wrote:Hi
I`ve got the rev limit, fuel and ignition maps on the bin I use on all (as not all bins seems to work on later ecu`s) M2.10.3 ecu`s.
Should I post it together with the adresses if anyone would like to use it to create a xdf?

Re: Motronic 2.10.3 (SAAB)
What do you want to obtain for your project. Does the Saab have any immobilizer on these ECU's. Nothing special actually, just want as "complete functions"-XDF as possible before I try to carry out any tests in-vehicle. I'm just curious how the functions enables/disables, and how the flag...

Motronic 2.10.2 (SAAB)
Found my "old" Motronic 2.10.2 binaries read from oldschool eproms, maybe someone finds it interesting looking into. They look almost the same as the M2.10.3 from flashmemory as read 'bout in my other thread, with small differences. The -179 is from Saab ng900 2,0L 95-96 and the -333 is fo...

Re: MotronicPlugin - Tuner Pro KWP71 plug-in
It should be the "K-line" on pin 7 in the OBDII-connector if you intend to communicate with any propulsion-ECU.roller68 wrote:on what pins on KKL cabel to ecu do i connect?

Re: Motronic 2.10.3 (SAAB)
Okay, then we have it!bengtåke wrote:From the cars user manual
2.0i = 6600 r/min
2.3i = 6460 r/min
@bengtåke
Do you have some more goodie info that can be cool to add to xdf's, like enable/disable funtions, flags, monitoring for diagnosis etc. ?

Re: Motronic 2.10.3 (SAAB)
Okay, nice equation, this should be, in the 0261204400 something like;bengtåke wrote:I have used RevLimit = 7500000 / (0xC4C8 * (2 ^ 0xC4C9))
7500000 / (142*(2^3))
7500000 / (142*8)
7500000 / 1136=6602,11rpm
To me that's a little bit to high, but it can absolutely be the correct one.

Re: Motronic 2.10.3 (SAAB)
I will from now spend some time on trying to find the engine speed limiter/ revlimiter, it would be great to raise this a little bit. And now people, I think I've made some progress in finding the Engine speed limiter, see below. Adress 0xC4C8 - 5A 0C 28 0A 32 23 (8E) 03 17 1E 08 3A 33 Conversion i...

Re: Bosch Motronic M2.10.3
Hello,
Old thread, but I'm really excited with my progress in knowledge in M2.10.3 with help from festy on this forum.
My disassembly tool makes attached output of the binary, for those who understand C-language, enjoy!
