and sorry how do you see fuel trim? is it on engine dash as a value or bitmask? is it STFT BLM/ LFFT BLM?

If the fault codes return it could be the part or wiring. I noticed in the log that the left bank fuel trims seem to add a lot more fuel, could try cleaning your maf with electrical contact cleaner. For the idle bouncing around the way it does try cleaning the throttle body and iac valve with carby...

am i able to use a flash based PCM in a vs commodore without modding the wiring? and if so id be able to flash a vs bin/ cal onto the pcm or have to modify a VY to suit?
