Where is the Fueling table in the VS SC xdf?

Hi Everyone, I am pretty new to all this. I have had a search here on the forums, but I can't seem to work out which is the fueling tabe in the VS Supercharged XDF. I see a lot of topics mentioning the VE table in the VT and onwards. But I can't seem to work out what it is called in the VS XDF Any h...

Re: How do I save current tune, before changing tune?

Have you downloaded and read - Tunerpro RT Guide to Data Logging.PDF? If not please do and see page 7 where it shows the Realtime tuning buttons in Tunerpro. Once you have uploaded the .bin from the VNram into Tunerpro you can then use the 'Save' option under File to save the .bin file. After makin...

How do I save current tune, before changing tune?

Hi everyone, I am new to the NVRAM world. I have a NVRAM in my VS Calais L67. I have been going through the threads and posts about OSE and Tunerpro to change parameters in the tune. But before i do this, is there a way to save the current tune that is on the NVRAM? I can't seem to work out if this ...

Which wire for Speedo Corrector

Hi Everyone, I know speedo correctors have been covered in many topics. I did a lot of reading here and ended up going for the 'Yellow Box' speedo corrector. My car is a VS Calais. I want to correct the speed going to the ECU. I have installed the corrector into the Blue/White wire going to the ECU....

Tech1 Wiring Harness Test Failed!! ECT and TFT Circuit Fault

Hi Everyone, I recently acquired a Tech1 Scan Tool. Have been playing around with it the last couple days and everything seems to work fine. But I came across 2 issues. When I Enter 'Engine Function Tests', and perform a Wiring Harness Test, it comes up with 'TEST FAILED ECT SENSOR CIRCUIT FAULT IND...

No Transmission data readings on TunerPro RT , VS Calais L67

Hi Everyone,

When I connect my ALDL Cable with Software Tunerpro RT, I am not getting any readings from the transmission. Only the Speed Sensor reading is showing on the transmission page.

Would anyone have any idea why this would be?

Factory VS L67 ECU.

Re: Does anyone know if an Immoboliser bypass exists on VR-V

Keys have a rolling code, sometimes it can loose synch with the BCM and not work, to resynch you need to put key in the ignition. When you get a key cloned at mister minute or similar this is why they want you start car with new key. Not sure how far back history for the rolling code goes so with c...

Re: Does anyone know if an Immoboliser bypass exists on VR-V

This is the confusing part!! If they had a copied and synced key as you say, then they could have opened the door with the remote, thus not setting the alarm off. But who ever did it, had to get in physically with the door lock barrel, set off the alarm. But once inside was able to switch the alarm...

Re: Does anyone know if an Immoboliser bypass exists on VR-V

It would be possible to connect over ALDL, silence the existing BCM, then re-link the PCM (PIM in this case) to a dummy device, and then send an "ok to start" message acting as the BCM. Then the engine would start fine (This is kind of how my BCM simulator works) However: - It would take ...

Re: Does anyone know if an Immoboliser bypass exists on VR-V

If you open the door with your key after locking it with the remote you will set the alarm off. As soon as you put your key in ignition and turn it the alarm will go off as it recognises the key. I would take a guess they have a key that has been copied and synced with the car, could possibly do th...
