Well, the part you've shown has a date code that would be week 38 of 2002. Judging by the copyrights on their respective datasheets, this part should predate the AT25020A and the AT25020B, so this would be the original AT25020. Now, the only 25020 SOIC P/N listed in the original series datasheet is...

I have started rebuilding the 03-06 GM Instrument clusters (replacing stepper motors / lights / re-flowing commonly cracked solder joints).
