Re: E85 L67 fuel economy

I reckon address 0x4C47 needs to be set to your new stoich value, its not defined in the XDF.

Its currently set to 0x6F (1638.4/111 decimal=14.76 AFR). Change it to 0xA7 (1638.4/9.8 = 167 decimal) and it should work. If 9.8 is not what you are using for stoich adjust to what you want.

Yeah facebook and its buried posts :wall: The link with some install pics can be found here .. https://www.facebook.com/brushworkz/pos ... 7954901935

Really neat install and got the results they were after with 21PSI of boost running E85 and stock 1.3mm plug gaps.

Re: E85 L67 fuel economy

im a bit lost on where i should be looking as far as ignition timing goes, ill get it on a dyno soon to get MBT figured out etc Found I needed less timing pretty much everywhere to get MBT compared to 98. It was only when I was fuel knock limited on 98 at higher loads and/or boost that I could get ...

Re: Vy v6 turbo

Wasn't really recommending the proflow pump, just that the graph was amusing. Manages to supply more flow at higher pressures, with less current draw. Apparently

Re: injecting fuel pre blower tunning

Port injecting E85 pretty much does the cooling for you, sounds like a headache for no real gain at only 12 PSI.

Re: Rear mount turbo VR SS

Id learn on the old one if you have not had much experience. A GT3576R will be spinning pretty early on a 5L even with the stock 1.06 rear housing, gotta take it easy with advance in the low RPM high load areas. But pretty much yes, off boost areas first - stock timing is normally safe enough. Then ...

Re: Vy v6 turbo

There are copies of all pumps, the 340 LPH in tank range is the current flavour of the month. Just gotta buy through reputable suppliers for your best chance.

The ProFlow 340 pump is literally unbelievable too, defies physics even. Spot the error?

Re: ALDL Logger V2

so am i reading right these awsome little bits of kit are no longer available ? Yeah there are no more available. I use a Logger V3 in my own car and may make these available in the future but it is fairly different to the V2 - no screen, no real user interface other than a single button and RGB LE...

Re: ALDL Logger V2

I have updated the zip file in the first post with the modified ADX VX_DualA.adx.

The changes were to reduce the silence search to 15ms (was 50ms) and increase the delay between logging messages to 10ms (was 3ms)
