Gampy & Antus, I changed from the 9381344 and performed a Write Entire op using 12202088 OS and all seems well. Still finishing the tune but the 'Hammer reads and writes the PCM now. I was finally able to look at my notes from the last two read fails using v21. My results may be coincidental with regards to v21 as both of the most recent read fails were attempting to read OS 9381344. Looks like I will be updating the OS and proceeding from there.
