Re: VY PCM - 16269238

I would try $AA0A as you see in your bins. This is all new stuff really, so I'm learning as I go and picking up on things like this. The core of parameters are there in $060A. You just need to line up the start address to suite $060B. Use the 2D view in TP. Open a second instance of TP set up with t...

Re: VY PCM - 16269238

Looks like the XDF Version you need is $060B. The GM Calibrators sometimes used AA0A to disable the checksum so you could not tell what XDF it requires. There will be some differences between the $060A XDF. I was looking into $060B have have not completed it. All the info is in the Calibration Ident...

Re: VS V8 VATS Remove and engine swap

Hummm....V2 on that XDF I put together maybe 5 + years ago now. There would be a few issues with it as seen. Yes it was a hacked GMPCM file from 11 that was hanging around in those days. 11 is pretty close to 83, you will find most parameters are 1 or 2 hex left or right to make 83. I remember getin...

Re: VY (DLTK) XDF

Hi Donka, The one I made for 060A is very close to what your looking for. The address of the parameters is a little to the left or right for the 070A. IM WORKING ON A DB0A and 070A. I noticed that when I started off most of the calibration ID parameters are all in the same locations. Hang in there a...

Re: Seed/Key Osid and Vin retrieval via Elm

This looks great! Thanks for the great effort you have put in on this. I have a different version of the ELM OBD2 interface that I was thinking of testing this with. I was thinking that the interface ID might be different to the ELM 327. Is there a way to adjust this if this is the case? Cheers Mick

Re: VY PCM - 16269238

Thanks mate that was a big help. For a VX and VY N/A PCM. A/B connector = 12 pin/ Brown/ Middle of PCM. C/D connector = 16 pin/ Brown/ Right side of PCM. E/F connector = 16 Pin/ Yellow/ Left side of PCM. The pin out numbers should be the same for both VX and VY N/A as they share the same box number ...
