IIRC you just need to change *one* of the parameters in the ADX then resave and when it reloads it work. EIther that or it was *one* of the calculated parameters. I don't think that calibration you want is for a 190Kw as most of the latest of them start with 92190064 or similar. The closest I have to what you said you want is same 1st & 3rd segment but midlle is 92225244 & suits a 175kw crewman manual! are you able to post the file with the 92225244 ...

There's 2 ECUs used on the ZD30, the early one is 2x EPROMs, the later one is a Bosch that needs to be done on the bench with KTAG

when cloning the E38, does it write the 2nd cpu for throttle as well? I did not add that in due to: 1) Requires decompiling and understanding how the original slave update kernel worked (If wanting to make a true custom one) 2) There is no recovery for the slave, fail mid flash means slave complete...

Interesting, i have a mk1 and it works well on the T5 hall effect sensor. I recall there was an issue, can someone remind me what the problem with the MK3 is?

i have an ebay one which works well, i also have used a Wurth one - it feels nicer to use but the ebay one is fine in terms of value and some small tweaks

Silicon chip also did a MK3 speedo corrector which doesnt appear to have the rotary encoders. Its in the Sept 2013 edition but i dont have a full copy of the article.

From memory the original design was from a Silicon Chip magazine, you could probably find the calibration procedure in there too
