Is it possible to save the bin from the bcm?

I managed to change mileage in bcm and it displayed on the cluster, I tried changing mileage in ipc and it did nothing but also code shows 0000.ECU code also shows 0000. What do the link buttons do?

I think the nano is only 'fast' when using vpw. Anyways it gave me a code this time.
