Cylinder volume is usually used for fuel calculations based on the airflow.
Doubling the cylinder volume should also double the injector pulse width.

Not OBD2 compatible, the 424 still uses the GM ALDL at a baud rate of 8192bps on pin 9 of the obd2 connector.

Most of the problem with hot soak is when the vehicle is idling and not moving such as at traffic lights.
Once up and moving is normally less of an issue.
Unfortunately means that at the traffic light drag can be sluggish to get going, on a track day is less of an issue.
