Re: Mother of all 7603 XDF files

Hello,

I have been watching the development of this on that other forum and all I can say is thanks. I have not tried your XDF but I do possess one of the versions and I can't keep up with the pace of your upgrades. I wish I could do this kind of work.

Re: Is it possible, High Idle Modification using 0411pcm

How high of an idle RPM do you wish to go? As you go higher, you will also need to also give it more air. I've gone as high as 800 RPM on both an 0896 and a 0411 PCM with little difficulty - up from the stock RPM of 550 - but my leg got a bit of a workout holding the brake pedal at that RPM. So, how...

Re: PCM Hammer Release 19

Are you having a problem with Bluetooth on your MX? I had a problem with my MX and had to revert its firmware backwards two versions, likely more now if it had the latest. These days, I use PCM Hammer with my "VXDiag VCX Nano" device via USB cable. Works great and is easily twice as fast a...

Re: PCMHammer: Unable to erase flash memory: Error

Yes, all good advice. I have virtually no trouble at all at 13.8 volts of pure DC. Some power supplies can also leak significant amounts of alternating current with diodes going bad so check that with a good multimeter.

Re: need help

There is a version 4 of that XDF attached in the link below:

Though I do have a slightly better version 6 here on my computer but I can't remember where I found it.

Re: Segment Swap utility

Hello,

How to fix checksums documentation would be good and seems to be what people often need.

Re: PCM Hammer Release 015 (Preview)

It is an OBDLink MX device that has worked well until very recently. I will try the port commands and let you know how that goes.

PCM Hammer 14 Debug.txt PCM Hammer 15 Difficulty.png Hello, I'm having trouble with both PCM Hammer 14 and 15. Please see attached screen shots and debug logs. Seems to be the same problem in both variants of the program. It also does not appear to be a problem with the ELM device because that devi...

Re: 12587603 XDF Checksum problems

Do you have all of the correct plug ins installed for Tuner Pro RT? Did you edit your BIN OS file using the correct XDF file? This second question seems to be what bites most people.

Re: PCM Hammer Suite development

Hello,

It seems like a lot of effort to put PCM Hammer into the Windows Store when the app already gets a lot of good visibility / publicity on the various automotive tuning enthusiast web sites.

Just one opinion . . . .
