Re: VZ E55 Flasher
Im not fully understanding why. Are we talking about custom tuned Calibration and Operating system files? To make reading an ECUs OS and calibrations take only seconds instead of 15-20mins. If the OS is stock standard (not edited), then its CVN will be stock meaning you could skip reading the OS an...

Re: VZ E55 Flasher
Which link did you use? I noticed its not listing ECMs anymore. If you had the CVNs noted down from stock files youd be able to tell at a glance if it is possible to readout those memory locations, perhaps list them next to the OS & cal ids? I get what your saying, pull the CVNs from the stock ...

Re: VZ E55 Flasher
Is it possible to get the program to retrieve the CVN of the segments, that way you can tell if the ECU has a non-stock program in it without having to read it?

Re: GM E38 E67 E40 Kernel/Bootloader Development Extravaganz
when cloning the E38, does it write the 2nd cpu for throttle as well? I did not add that in due to: 1) Requires decompiling and understanding how the original slave update kernel worked (If wanting to make a true custom one) 2) There is no recovery for the slave, fail mid flash means slave complete...

Re: VZ E55 Flasher
I just noticed the readout file is larger than 2048kb, i guess that means the secondary os is at the end of the file? The cal read is 1920kb which appears to be file padded, but i thought a full read is 2048kb? If we go to flash a 2048kb file, the program will know to only flash the main OS? (just t...
