Surely there is a way to work out what data should be in the appropriate table the drives the fuel gauge, am i on the right track?

I wonder if sps with tech2 looks at the bcm for flashing approval?

Its the ls1, i changed the vin with hp to match the car and still comes up with "harware missmatch"

If you read the pcm with tech2 it shows the correct vin now.

So the answer is simple, flash the pcm with the latest factory software, refit a maf and done right?...
