Re: I need a XDF for OS 16257436
If anyone can point me to a "Getting Started" video for Ghidra, I'd be more than happy to spend some time on disassembling this .bin file!
Not like I have much ELSE to do now. lol

Re: I need a XDF for OS 16257436
IF you find one, let me know.
I have a 1999 2.4l PCM out of an Alero, and my 2001 Grand AM uses the same motor.
Mike
Of course it would be AWESOME to run an '0411!

Re: PCM Hammer P04 Support Project
Well, I got the Aurora PCM to read. Here are the logs the Bin and what Universal Patcher reads. Universal Patcher reads the DTCs, the VE table and the MAF. Get the latest version zip folder of Universal patcher form github. It will will open much more tables for that bin. 0.22.09 is the latest one?...

Re: PCMHammer P04
We are not using registers much, we don't use the link function with the stack at all, in this case we just save the count in the register when the mode 36 comes in, put it in 2 registers. One is used to validate the block checksum and this one is just left alone until it needs to be used. It looks...

Re: cooked eml327 ? After attempting to change the baud rate
Hahaha, I forgot about that. The code is still there, but then it was never possible to flash with any elm anyway as they don't support long enough packets. The blocking of 1.5 was because a lot of those clones couldn't even transmit a message long enough for just the change vin functionality, when...

Re: cooked eml327 ? After attempting to change the baud rate
I do not know if it has changed, but at least in the early days, PCMHammer specifically checked for v1.5 and excluded its use!04colyZQ8 wrote: Yes it was version 1.5 before it cooked

Re: cooked eml327 ? After attempting to change the baud rate
it might work, but most the elm clones now are allpro codebase hacked up with bits of it removed, or another codebase with different amounts of support for the elm command set and not running on the original pic mcu, and not with the original crystal speed. So absolutely try all this, but anything ...

Re: Universal patcher master j1939 logging
I want to capture all traffic from tool to pcm or perhaps any traffic on protocol J1939 at can baud 500k, I think it’s 29 bit bit might be 11. I know 500k is unconventional for j1939 Typically it’s 250k Can I use either mongoose pro 2 gm Or avt852 To log this? If so what settings? I never seem to h...
