Re: GQ-4X programmer USB not recognised

Re: 253 V8 carby selection
Yeah egr's on manuals are usually blocked with a plate. I've not ever seen differences in the 6 or V8 egr.s as in, no spring tension or dimension difference. As far as carby choice for this motor, my personal main deciding factor in this circumstance is lobe separation of the camshaft. Red holden 25...

Re: Vs l67 rattle high rpm
After reading the entire thread, I'm curious as to what cylinder pressure a comp test gauge shows, starting with the first sweep and the total, spark cut and throttle held open of course.

Re: End of Injector Pulse.
Still experimenting with the eoit settings, along with the 2 extra 16 bit blocks after the boundary block. Not tried the settings on a roller yet, though the 2 extra blocks after the boundary definitely feels as though it's also further affected part and wide open throttle for the better. STD settin...

Re: Tuning challenges of the latest trip.
It's a dirt drag bike, the owner says if he hooks it up on a well compacted trail of dirt, he reaches speeds of anything from 108 to 120 mph over the 1/8th, assisted with a 200 shot of giggle gas as well.

Re: End of Injector Pulse.
Thanks again for the informative video. You mentioned in this video, the 2 x 16 bit entries after the boundary entry, I noticed those too after adding the boundary entry in the xdf I started writing at the start of this thread, I noticed the hexadecimal code itself was the same as the final full tem...

This one below wasn't a challenge to tune, though definitely unique.

Re: End of Injector Pulse.
Seems to shift it's timing as much with throttle position as does with temp change, I'm surprised I actually felt the improvement I did with the small changes I'd made.
Thanks for the demo, really appreciate it.

Re: Wh Caprice battery draining (fixin Holden assist issues?
Seems the fix for this was easier than I'd imagined. The telematics module in the left hand side quarter panel simply needed the main plug pulled and pin 12 bridged to 25 in the plug that pulls out of it to allow the fuel pump to run. If you look inside the area in the telematics module where the pl...

Re: End of Injector Pulse.
Informative video, thanks, I'm surprised at how large the scale of crank timing ended up being with the temperature change, way larger than I would have thought. I'm keen to see what the crank angle / timing ends up being when changing the EOIT 4 hex bytes at a time. Thanks heaps for this. One thing...
