Getting wideband logged data calc right

Post by VX L67 Getrag »

Just wondering if there's an easy way to figure out the calc for autronic wideband input?

The 2 others configured are like (((22.39-7.39)xxxxxxxxxxx & (((20.00-10.00)xxxxxxxxxx but these are both out by around 5 AFR points or more at stages.

Just wondering if I just use raw data & can configure from there or any other ideas?

Same rule applies for any wideband setup, set the numbers in the calc to match the wideband analog output.

If you have not changed the wideband settings, check the Autronic user manual for the default 0-5V analog output and what AFR it represents - replace the 7.39 with the 0V AFR value and 22.39 with the 5V AFR value.

I use the 14point7 brand. It has a calibration procedure where it outputs 10 13.3 16.6 20 afr and you set up your logging software to suit.
I finished up with the span set to 0v 9.5 and 5 volt 21 afr with 12P on tuner pro to get it displaying the calibration figures.

Ahh cool thanks, remember reading that in the guide now!

For anyone's reference the autronic can be set for either 0-1v output or 0-5v & zero equals 10:1 & 5v or 1v equals 30:1 depending on how you have it set!
