OK Jason it's getting simpler now. There is a short circuit between the ABS light and the module. This is not common. I would suggest you move, push and prod the wiring loom with someone watching the light and when it goes out jackpot you found the area where the earth leakage is. I have a VR and can't get codes out of it but it all functions fine. I used a Bosch ABS tester to test the whole system as well as trying another module but still the same no code output. I put faults in but it still wont put codes out so I gave up because the light and ABS function properly.
